In the app
- Open MMM and go to More › Settings.
- Scroll to Leaving and tap Delete my account.
- Type DELETE and confirm.
On the web
Sign in at mountainmates.co.za and open Delete my account.
Can't sign in? Email hello@mare-greyling.com from the address on your account, and I will delete it for you.
What is deleted
- Your account, name, contact details and sign-in.
- Every track you recorded, and every photo and clip you took, including any public moment made from them.
- Your devices, invites, votes, check-ins and your launch-updates sign-up.
What stays
- The outings themselves, the group's planned route, and other people's photos, tracks and songs.
- Support requests you sent, with your name and contact details removed.
Deleting is immediate and cannot be undone. Download your outings first if you want to keep them.
If you pay through Apple, cancel the subscription in your iPhone's Settings › your name › Subscriptions. Deleting the account does not cancel an Apple subscription.
