Ask for help

In the app, tap the ? button on any screen and choose Report a problem. It sends a screenshot of where you are, so I can see what you see.

Open MMM and tap Set up my phone (More › Your phone setup). Each step says what your phone will show and what to tap.

iPhone: location "Allow While Using App" with Precise on, then "Change to Always Allow". Allow notifications.
Android: location "While using the app" with Precise. Allow notifications and "Let app always run in background" so MMM isn't paused in your pocket.

Then tap Start with MMM open, and lock your phone. Don't swipe MMM away from your recent apps until you finish.

Is my location tracked all the time? No. Only while you record an outing.

No signal on the trail? MMM keeps every position and photo on your phone with its time and sends them when you have signal again.

I lost my phone. Open Find a device in MMM on another phone or tablet to make it ring. The website shows where it was last.
